Rolling down from Tie Affair, it only feels natural to arrive at what we are calling Prep Step.

Fashion’s current fascination with modern prep, boat shoes, crew socks, and tailored silhouettes is not simply a trend. It is a return to structure. A return to the quiet confidence that comes from intentional dressing.

Perhaps that is why Prep Step feels so timely.

Especially during the monthly submission to womanhood season that arrives with remarkable consistency and very little regard for our plans.

In moments of hormonal chaos, there is comfort in understated elegance. The crew socks are pulled up. The collar is crisp. The silhouette is polished. The outfit knows exactly what it is doing.

Meanwhile, I am booming with rage inside.

Yet the outfit says, respect me and chill.
